The three-dimensional computer programs of the future will give you the ability to see through walls and objects just like Superman, or will take you on a guided sightseeing tour to familiarize you with the 3D-world. This has been shown in a dissertation by Niklas Elmqvist that will be defended on December 19 at Chalmers University of
Technology. The defense will be held in English.

Faculty opponent is Associate Professor Doug A. Bowman, Department of Computer Science, Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University, USA. Grading committee members are Stephan Diehl, Lars Hallnäs, Diane Sonnenwald and Morten Fjeld.
