Center of Visualization Göteborg is a membership organisation managed by Business Region Göteborg and Chalmers University of Technology. Center of Visualization Göteborg is one of three national Knowledge Arenas within the network VISARD, Visualisation - Arenas for Research and Development.

Center of Visualization Göteborg at SIGGRAPH 2006 in Boston
The computer graphics conference, SIGGRAPH, is regarded the 3D indystry´s leading forum. It is a week long conference where academics meet academics, as well as interact with the visualization industry on the exhibition floor.
Four Swedish companies on the floor represented Sweden, all from Göteborg.
