Having a hard time understanding difficult user manuals? Actually, in the near future they won´ t be needed anymore. Because soon everyone will understand, disassemble and repair complicated technical equipment very easily. You almost don´t even have to be able to read, but you do need to know how to handle a computer mouse.
It is with firm conviction the company Animech Technologies now launches a new version of their software, making manuals for machines no longer needed. And it can be used for all kinds of machines, from truck manufacturing to protein separation.
- The companies will save both time as well as money by using our software. Faster, and more efficient assembly and service of machines is of course interesting for everyone, says Björn Berg , General Manager at Animech Technologies. Recently Animech Technologies received a large order from GE Healthcare Life Sciences, which means that over 500 service technicians around the world will have access to their software and thereby start working in a totally different way. - With this we will enter a new era and we have tested this in smaller scale for several years. Together we have developed a product that meets our requirements and is now ready to meet the market, says Thom Wallner, Manager, Service Engineering & Support, GE Healthcare Life Sciences. Manufacturing industry and companies dealing with medical device technology are in their main focus, but other companies can benefit from their software as well. Already today they have big customers like Sandvik and Munters. It is a mixture of advanced technical knowledge and illustrative simplifications, common in the computer game industry, which has been used to design the software. It is so easy to use, anyone can use it even though it is dealing with complicated technical equipment, and it can easily be adapted for all different kinds of machines. - When you do not need manuals anymore, and almost no illustrations and translations are needed, that is a great technical step forward. At the same time education and the need for updated versions can be minimized. Companies can really save a lot of money using this, says Björn Berg . Animech Technologies is a recent spin off from the international production company Animech, with head office in Uppsala ,Sweden.
